HIKE UP MT. NEBO 01/01/08

Twenty-seven showed up in spite of the cold weather and the Cotton Bowl game. 

....and so off we go

...and the running club catches up with us,  they sure are slow!

....and UP we go

...and around we go

We even talked between big breaths.

We all stayed together for a while

...and even smiled at the beginning

He was all smiles...Hanna was with him!

These runners were fast...they were coming DOWN!

...and we make it to the bench

Danny was bored....he walked up "backwards"

Just up and around this corner and we are on top

...and we are on top, yea!

The Hales make it.

It was good to have Gloria back from all her traveling.

This is how high we were

...and there is where finished.

They made it.

... and so did they

...and them

...but we had to keep it slow for all the curves

They were determined to make it to the top, and they did!

And now DOWNHILL!

This is one proud man.

...and yes that is ICE.

...and yes that is the parking lot and we are done!

It was a good way to start the year.  Now where are those black eyed peas?
